Last updated: 24 July 2026

1. Acceptance of these terms

2. Website purpose

The website provides general information about Tavra Group, its advisory services, solutions, portfolio, people, events, articles, products, programmes and contact routes. Website content is not a binding proposal, quotation, contract, legal opinion, investment recommendation, engineering design, medical advice or product-selection approval.

3. No professional reliance

Users should not act solely on general website content. Advisory, engineering, legal, tax, medical, regulatory and product decisions require assessment of the user’s specific circumstances and may require appropriately licensed professionals. Tavra Group’s responsibilities arise only from a written agreement signed by authorised representatives.

4. Inquiries, quotations and appointments

Submitting a form does not create a client, supplier, student, patient, employment or contractual relationship. Tavra Group may request further information, decline a request or refer it to an appropriate group entity or partner. Product information is general. A product is supplied only against an accepted quotation that confirms configuration, quantity, documentation, delivery and commercial terms. Appointment requests remain unconfirmed until Tavra Group sends confirmation.

5. Admissions and events

An admissions application does not guarantee eligibility, acceptance, certification, employment or immigration status. Programme requirements, fees, accreditation and refund terms are stated in the applicable offer and enrolment documents. Event registration may be subject to capacity, participant criteria or confirmation. Tavra Group may change event speakers, format, venue or timing and will communicate material changes to registered participants.

6. Career applications

A career application does not guarantee interview or employment. Applicants must provide accurate information and have the right to share submitted documents. Tavra Group may verify information where lawful and relevant. Employment terms exist only in a written offer and employment agreement issued by an authorised Tavra entity.

7. Intellectual property

Unless otherwise stated, website text, branding, graphics, documents and original materials are owned by or licensed to Tavra Group. Users may view and print reasonable extracts for personal or internal business evaluation. Users may not reproduce, publish, sell, modify, remove notices from or commercially exploit website materials without written permission.

8. User submissions

Users must not submit unlawful, misleading, defamatory, infringing, malicious or unnecessary sensitive content. Users must have authority to share company information, drawings, specifications, curriculum vitae and documents uploaded through the website. Do not upload malware, confidential third-party information without permission or personal data that is not needed for the request.

By submitting information, you permit Tavra Group to use it for the requested purpose, subject to the Privacy Policy. Submission does not transfer ownership of the user’s materials to Tavra Group.

9. Acceptable use

Users must not attempt to gain unauthorised access, interfere with website operation, test vulnerabilities without permission, scrape content at unreasonable scale, impersonate another person, use the website for fraud or introduce malicious code. Tavra Group may restrict access and report suspected unlawful activity.

10. Accuracy and availability

Tavra Group aims to keep website content useful and current but does not guarantee that all content is complete, error free or continuously available. Dates, services, team information, events, product specifications and documents may change. Tavra Group may suspend, modify or remove website content without notice.

11. Product limitations

Product specifications shown on the website are indicative catalogue information. Suitability depends on application, pressure, temperature, media, environment, installation, standards and local requirements. Customers must provide complete service conditions and review the confirmed quotation and technical documents. Local authority approval, installation design and regulated certification may remain project specific.

12. External links

The website may link to maps, social media, stock media, videos and partner services. External links are provided for convenience and do not imply endorsement, control or responsibility for third-party content, availability, security or terms.

13. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Tavra Group is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss arising from use of, inability to use or reliance on general website content. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. Any liability connected to a paid service or product is governed by the applicable written agreement.

14. Indemnity

To the extent permitted by law, users agree to be responsible for losses or claims arising from their unlawful use of the website, infringement of third-party rights or unauthorised submission of information. This clause must be reviewed for enforceability under the applicable law before real publication.

15. Privacy

Personal information is handled as described in the Privacy Policy. Users should review that policy before submitting forms or subscribing to communications.

16. Governing law and disputes

17. Changes to these terms

Tavra Group may update these terms by publishing a revised version and updated date. Continued use after publication of changes means the user accepts the revised terms, subject to applicable law.
