Delta Harvest Manufacturing Performance Reset

  • Case Study
  • Manufacturing and industrial products
  • 2025

Overview

Delta Harvest had added two production lines and expanded its product range, but service reliability and conversion cost were moving in the wrong direction. Tavra Group completed a twelve-week diagnostic followed by a six-month implementation programme covering planning, production, maintenance, quality and daily management. The work focused on stabilising the factory before considering additional capital expenditure.

Challenge

Schedule attainment averaged 68%, unplanned stoppages were poorly classified and urgent changeovers disrupted the weekly plan. Supervisors spent much of each shift expediting materials and resolving repeated quality issues. The management team lacked a common loss baseline and was preparing to purchase further equipment without confidence that existing capacity was fully used.
