Overview

Tavra Group established the owner’s programme management office for a multi-contractor logistics hub. The team integrated design, authority, procurement and construction schedules, introduced formal change control and prepared the operational handover plan. Tavra did not act as designer or construction contractor.

Challenge

Design packages, utility approvals and long-lead procurement were tracked in separate files. Contractor updates used different baselines, and owner decisions were not linked to schedule impact. Handover planning had not started despite tenant commitments.
