Tavra Group is a diversified regional business group with business consulting at its core. We help organisations make decisions, improve performance, deliver complex projects and build sustainable operating institutions.

From advisory firm to operating group

Tavra Advisory was established in Cairo in 2008 by Nadia El-Masry and two operating executives who believed that strategic recommendations needed stronger links to implementation. Early assignments focused on growth planning, operating improvement and governance for privately held regional businesses. Between 2013 and 2019, Tavra expanded into owner-side engineering, logistics improvement and industrial-product distribution. Offices in Riyadh and Dubai followed as client work became increasingly regional. Education, healthcare operations and social-impact programmes were added where the group could combine advisory capability with controlled delivery. Today, Tavra Group operates through specialised teams and units under common governance. Business consulting remains the core that connects investment decisions, operating priorities and execution standards across the group.
