  • 2024

Overview

Tavra Group supported Al Noor Technical Institute from approved concept to first intake. The mandate covered business planning, operating-model design, facility readiness, programme mobilisation, recruitment and opening governance. Specialist academic content was developed by accredited education partners, while Tavra coordinated the integrated launch.

Challenge

The investor had secured a facility and identified target programmes, but the academic calendar, staffing model, procurement plan and employer partnerships were progressing separately. The opening date was six months away and no single readiness view existed.
